Years ago, I would have told you that I wanted to go to Alaska. Six years ago, my wish came true as my wife an I took an Alaskan cruise and then traveled by train to Denali National Park in central Alaska. Our trip was almost everything I hoped it would be. We experienced magnificent, ice-capped mountains and glaciers. We saw a grizzley bear and her cubs, along with several bald eagles, caribou, humpback whales, seals, and a moose. Most of all, we experienced the truly rugged wilderness of the Alaskan frontier.I look forward to reading about your answers!
If I could go anywhere in the world it would be Hawaii. I want to go to Hawaii because I like the ocean, and because I am kind of good at speaking Hawaiian. And also because my grandmother went and brought me home a pearl from the ocean. So I guess I always wanted to see the land scape. And I want to try all the different foods. But I would never Hula dance.

I want to eat some Hawaiian food because I’ve seen other people eat it and it looks really good. The number one reason why I want to go to Hawaii is to swim with the dolphins. Dolphins are my favorite animal and I’ve always wanted to go to swim with them. Swimming with them in Hawaii would be just like a dream. I also would like to go to the art stores and see all of the cool things. Plus it would be great to meet all of the famous actors and stars. That is where I would like to go.

ReplyDeleteIf I could go anywhere I wanted for free I would go to Tokyo, Japan. I would go there because I could help them clean up from the huge mess that the earthquake and tsunami left in Japan. So maybe one day Japan will be back to its normal self. Another reason is because I have always dreamed of walking around Japan going sightseeing. I also would love to learn to speak Japanese. Then if I go to Japan I could test out my learning skills. That is why I would love to take a wonderful trip to Tokyo, Japan.

ReplyDeleteThe place that I would like to go to if I could go anywhere it would be Italy! One reason I would go to Italy would be because my grandparents go there every summer. Another reason that I would want to go to Italy would be because a lot of my ancestors used to live there! The last reason that I would want to go to Italy is because it has a lot of really interesting sights to see there and it would be really neat to visit all of those places! That is why I want to go to Italy.
If I could go to one place in the world for free, I would go back to Oregon to go to high cascade snowboard camp for all 6 sessions, and just to stay and tour around in Oregon. One reason I would go there is because it is really expensive, and it would save me two summers worth of mowing lawns and working. Another reason I would go back there is because it is the best experience I ever had, and it was super fun. The last reason I would go back is because it is a lot calmer there, everyone there is super nice, and it is cold all year round, and I hate the heat. Those are the reasons I would go to Oregon for a free trip.

Another reason why I would go to Mexico is because I have friends there that I haven’t seen for a while. Lastly, why I would go to Mexico is because I have always wanted to go there and that is my favorite country. That is why I would go to Mexico.
If I could go anywhere in the world I would go to Germany. The first reason is because Rage against the Machine is playing their big tour this summer in Germany and other foreign countries! Also I think it would be cool to see the way people live there and the way their civilization is. I also like the way their language is. I think it sounds very interesting. My final reason is because I’m really into all the different wars and the way guns have evolved over time. I find it interesting the way the Germans used to make their ammunition and firearms that were used by the German soldiers. Those are my three reasons as to why I would go to Germany.

I would go to see the outstand animals and sea life, like the jelly fish, dolphins, sea turtles, the exotic fish, and seals. The scene would complete me. The plant life would be cool to. I love to see the white kukui blossoms or the pink cottage roses. The state flower yellow hibiscus would be fun to see. They would be so amazing to see then.

There are many animals there I have never seen in real life like the panda. The second reason is because I would like to the buildings there. I want to know if they are tall or if they are short. ReplyDeleteI would go to Egypt. When I was younger I was very interested in Egypt. I was mostly interested in the pyramids, the ancient Egyptians, and what is has become today. I have read books on Egypt but being there to learn from people who live there and are aware of their country’s history is better than books. I hear that the mummies still buried have a curse set on them that whoever enters their tomb will die of a rare illness. I have tried reading about that but I can’t find anything on it. I would have to experience it to believe it!

I’d also want to go to Italy because I’d want to know and understand their culture and how they prepare foods. My uncle went to Italy to visit some of my family in ltaly. My uncle took a lot of pictures! When he showed me the pictures, I was amazed to see all the beautiful landscape and the water. The water is crystal clear. ReplyDeleteIf I could go to any one place in the world, I’d choose the Himalayan mountain range and surrounding areas. First, I’d like to see the breathtaking range of mountains known as the Himalayans. I would also like to see Mt. Everest in its natural, spectacular, form. Next, I’d love to meet the natives and see how their life has adapted to the frigid subzero temperatures their area is constantly bathed in. Third, I’d love to look at the wild animals throughout the area. I’d look to prove or disprove the theory of the Yeti Bigfoot. The wildlife would significantly differ from the versions of the animals we’re used to seeing here in our commonwealth. Those are some reasons I’d like to go to the Himalayan mountain ranges.

The Great Barrier Reef is so beautiful with all the wonderful colors of the fish and coral. I also wanted to go there because I want to see all the awesome wild life. I want to see kangaroos. I also want to learn their language that they speak. That is why I want to go to Australia.
If I could pick anywhere I would go to California. I would go there to see my uncle and aunt and their baby, Andrew, to visit them because I haven’t seen them in two years and I miss them. ReplyDeleteI would go on a fantastic trip to a Hawaiian Beach on the West coast. I would learn how to surf, skim board, and catch extremely large fish. I could also drive massive dune buggies. I could learn how to speak the Hawaiian language and learn the ancient culture. The beautiful land there is a great tourist attraction to Hawaii. They have beautiful beaches and bright green grass and tree tops.

I would travel to Paris because it would be really fun to explore France and see everything it has to offer! A second reason would be because I think that going to Paris, France would be fun because I would get to maybe learn some things about the French language, because of course people in France aren’t going to speak English! A third reason that I would love to travel to Paris would be because I absolutely love the Eiffel Tower. I think that it is such a great structure and I would just love to see it in real life.

I want to go to Ocean City, New Jersey. I go there every year. First, I want to go there because it brings back good memories and makes me feel so happy. Second, it is calming and I love the ocean and diving under waves. Last, they sell lots of cool stuff on the boardwalk. That’s why I would like to go to New Jersey.

If I could go on an all-expense paid trip to anywhere in the world, I would go to Japan. I would go because I have never been of the country. I would like to see some of their sports like. Traditionally, sumo is considered Japan's national sport. Japanese martial arts such as judo, karate and kendo are also widely practiced and enjoyed by spectators in the country. Education and Healthcare are a lot better than the United States. Like in Japan, health care is provided by national and local governments. I would also go to Japan to eat some of their food my dad’s friend is from Japan and he cooks us food some times and it taste really good I think I would like it there it would be fun to eat something different from the food we have here.

ReplyDeleteI would like to go to Utah. I would go there to see the animals, the Babe Ruth World Series, and to walk in the mountains. I like bison and pronghorn because none live around here. My brother played in the World Series there and they had an awesome field to play at. The mountains there are great because they are huge and can be seen really far away.
ReplyDeleteI would like to visit Alaska too. I don't really like cold weather though. Last year, we learned about the dogsled journey across Alaska to get much needed medicine to children who were dying. This led to the current Iditarod race today.
ReplyDeleteIf I could go anywhere and do anything I wanted, I would go to Italy to watch a professional wrestling match. Featuring JOHN CENA, THE UNDERTAKER, VS, TRIPLE H, AND RANDY ORTON. The four reasons for doing this are one Italy is where some of my family is from, two Italy is beautiful, three I’ve never been to Italy and I would very much like to do so, and four John Cena, The Undertaker, Triple H, and Randy Orton are some of my very few wrestlers that I like. What I would do in Italy is visit family if they don’t live too far away from the arena. Also I would bring my grandpa for a translator because I don’t speak Italian but he does. After visiting I would go to different landscapes to see how beautiful Italy is. {I don’t think I would like to live in Italy’s housing area because I don’t like different insects in my bathroom or in other places in the home} Then I would go to the match. I’ll sit there and all of the sudden Cena’s theme song music will come on. Your time is up, my time is now. You can’t see me my time is now. It’s the franchise boy I’m shinnin now. You can’t see me, my time is now. Incase you forgot or fell off I’m still hot knock your shell of my money stack fat plus… Then Undertaker’s music will come on but it’s only bells ringing. Then Randy’s. I hear voices in my head, they council me they understand they talk to me. They talk to me. You got your… Then Triple H. Hahahahaha… The match starts, Cena and Randy are in the ring. Their punching, I’m screaming for Cena and screaming at people to put down their signs so I can see. Cena from out of nowhere hits Randy with an A A. Cena pins Randy, the ref counts 1,2, and a kick out. I’ll go ballistic. Cena tags Undertaker and Randy tags H. The Undertaker hits H with a tombstone. 1,2, and another kick out. Cena comes in with three A As on H. 1,2,3. Cena and Undertaker win. I’ll go nuts. It will be a day to remember.

ReplyDeleteI would travel to Italy because that is where the roman coliseum is that’s where the Romans fought in out that arena for people’s entertainment. They would also fight to the death to see who was the better warrior to be able to live to the next fight they would use slaves to fight the gladiators. Animal hunts were also held here some of the animals hunted here were wild boars, wolves, crocodiles, and buffaloes and many more were hunted at the coliseum for sport and entertainment. The roman coliseum could seat up to 45,000 people at one time there was a 5 meter wall that protected the spectators form the animals and the gladiators when they were fighting. Also why I would go to Italy is because I would love to see the leaning tower of Pisa in Italy also it would be cool to go there and eat there cuisine in some of their very high class restraints that they have that would be my vacation if I could go anywhere
